  - 非合理的なことをやらないわけではないが，その負債やコストを払うために十分な理由が必要だと考えている．
  - 理にかなっていることは理解されやすいということである．ミスが減る．仕事が減る．単純である．複雑でない．自然である．
  - 合理的な判断をするための議論は惜しまない．
- 様々な視点から判断することを得意としたい
